Upon our recent visit to Ghana launching our first ever Christmas event for the 1000+ children in Lolonya, God had other plans for WATCH and decided it was time for a reward and a great one as such!
We are immensely grateful to announce and welcome our Chairman for Board of Trustees; Mr Kojo Hastings, CEO - Genelec Infrastructure Development Services Ghana – Limited. Kojo Hastings a Dual Citizen – UK/Ghana has over 35 years of working experience in UK and Africa in Finance, Management and Service Delivery in both the private and public sector.
He is also and currently the Chairman of Genelec Holdings Limited made up of: - Genelec Capital Limited
- Genelec Support Services Limited
- Genelec Infrastructure Development Services Limited
And the Chairman / CEO of Zenith Hygiene Systems Ghana Limited
Some of his achievements has been in executing the Lead role in the facilitation of Multi- Million Business investments through the UKEF - $175 Million in Foreign Investment to Ghana for a major hospital project and again $105 Million for a road project also in Ghana. He facilitated in 2 major projects and securing contracts for 2 UK major companies in Ghana His valuable experience working with renowned Charity organisations and his passion for synergy allows for us to explore new opportunities and creating new ways to connect with other organisations in delivering the most important services to the wider community.
Kojo Hastings has performed strategic consulting in the areas of Finance and New Services / Product Development, Process Improvement, Customer/Client Acquisition and Market strategy. He has an MBA (Finance & Management) -University of Hertfordshire and BA Hons – University of Ghana
Below are some synopses of achievements
• Redesigned African risk management process for a multinational financial firm. Was Directly responsible for preparing a West African business case – which encompassed investment and trading practices, financial reporting and legal and regulatory requirements in Ghana, Togo, Burkina-Faso and Ivory Coast.
• Directed several market research and benchmarking studies of Ghana for foreign missions in UK that focused on new business opportunities, customer acquisition and investment strategies.
• Reactivated 50 key business accounts (£1 million/year), utilising persuasion/mediation skills for Connex South Central - UK.
• Contributed through effective management and new strategies to achieve 2nd best nationwide – UK award in customer service in a major rail operating station – Southern Railways Limited - UK.
• Delivered and exceeded all agreed KPI with Transport for London – (TFL) for 10 years of Transport / Rail management in UK.
Prince Michael Waddy Adjei Ampofo, the CEO of M&M Community Development Initiatives Limited (UK), is an engineering professional who graduated from the University of Westminster London UK in 1998 with a High National Diploma (HND) in Engineering Product Design. As a serial entrepreneur, Prince Michael Waddy has a passion for transforming lives using his businesses as leverage for creating sustainability within communities. A technically sophisticated and innovative individual with experience that spans over 20 years. Prince Michael Waddy Adjei-Ampofo has worked in various companies as a CAD Design Engineering consultant for residential, commercial, educational as well as in both the engineering and aerospace industries.
Working with the likes of BBC Open world, where as an Associate Engineer on the Project Management Team, he successfully managed the compliance and risk analysis of the Project Y2K in a bid to make everything millennium compliant pre year 2000. As a Design Engineer, Prince Michael Waddy was involved in designing among others, aircraft control wheels for Page Aerospace and was also instrumental in developing the ‘Blue Wave project’ for the relaunch of Concorde the supersonic jet airline in July 1999.
Michael joined CBRE in July 2018 as a Space Planner / CAD Manager within the Global Workplace Solutions Team providing Moves, Adds & Changes support on a variable basis to some of CBRE’s key clients such as follows: Wembley FA - CAD Manager, State Street – Project Co-ordinator and Pruduntial Plc – Space Planner/ Moves Manager, where his major achievement was when he revitalised the company’s Asset management tool. A creative and dynamic individual with strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills, his key strengths include producing first class service, exceeding client’s expectations and confident when engaging with stakeholders to deliver smooth and successful CAD solutions.

As a Minister of God, Prince Michael Waddy recognised earlier in life that real fulfillment was found in being compassionate not living for ourselves but for others when he worked as an Ambulance driver for renal patients. He served by collecting these vulnerable patients to-and-fro major hospital appointments.
It was with this that Prince Michael Waddy seeks the privilege to further demonstrate that compassion for the orphaned, weak, poor and the marginalised in society.
He believe that with humility and compassion we can make a difference for the community and society.
