ISAAC AGBOSU
Isaac, a Pioneer, Philanthropist, and a Passionate Campaigner for the well-being of children and young people, has hands on experience with working directly with the Lolonya and Kpone communities in Ghana
He helped organise life changing events, partnered with other organisations alike in setting up local play areas, establishing useful liaisons with the local schools, local Chiefs and Elders, businesses and local government Leaders. He is extremely passionate about the welfare of the local youth which makes him the best person to lead this project.
Isaac has a strong background in Operational Management with his roles both as a Production Manager and Production Assistant with Food Processing Company, Milani, since 2004 to 2011 specialising in the delivery of large-scale production of Fruit Juices in time sensitive deadlines both domestic and international level.
As a seasoned Football Coach in his local community, Isaac is able to transfer the skills of providing motivation and advice coupled with leadership skills and ability to be patient and calm in any stressful situation. During his 4 year charitable work he developed a future strategy for a non-profit organisation and teamed up with Victoria Madelyn-Adjei to start up the WATCH Foundation in order to achieve sustainability and continuity for the projects ahead.
Growing up in Lolonya, Isaac experienced first hand the unfortunate derelict living situation which often saw him sleeping outside and struggling to find food sometimes and his burning passion to change the narrative makes him the best person to be at the forefront of this charity.
